Designation: Senior Associate, Investment Management
Department: Middle Office, ZACD Capital Pte. Ltd.
Reporting to: Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Job Responsibilities:
Fund & Cashflow Management
- Fund Management: Assist in the management of all private real estate funds and investment projects.
- Payment Tracking: Track capital repayments, dividend payments, and cashflow projections.
- Commissions: Track commission payments for the RMs and referrals.
Investor Relations & Reporting
- Investor Services: Assist with investor onboarding, customer due diligence, capital calls, and distributions, including liaisons with Relationship Manager and Finance team.
- Client Reporting: Generate quarterly client statements, which include performance summaries of investment accounts, project summaries, and periodic market overview reports.
- Correspondence: Prepare repayment, dividend payment, and update letters whenever necessary.
Fund Structuring & Documentation
- New Fund Setup: Work with external consultants (legal and compliance), and in-house teams on the establishment and structuring of new private real estate funds.
- Documentation: Prepare fund documents, marketing materials, and execute fund documentation.
- Due Diligence: Onboarding KYC and liaisons with Relationship Management/clients/ third parties
- Family Office: Assist with family office documentation and related tasks.
Compliance & Administration
- Record Keeping: Maintain files in proper and orderly manner
- Compliance: Assist with monthly compliance reports and attend to MAS lodgments accordingly.
- Ad-hoc Support: Provide support on ad-hoc duties as necessary.
Key Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, or related field
- 2 5 years of relevant working experience in fund management / private equity / real estate are highly advantageous, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of Regulatory and AML/ KYC requirements
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Ability to multitask, work independently and be a team player
