You will help drivedigital adoption by coordinating events, managing stakeholder communications,and ensuring smooth implementation of new technologies that enhance patientcare.
We are seeking a Senior/ Associate Executive to provideadministrative and coordination support for digital transformation projects.You will manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate training sessions, andmaintain accurate records whilst serving as a key communication point acrossour healthcare network.
What You Will Do:
You will manage stakeholder databases, prepare appointmentletters and maintain records of change plans, communications and trainingattendance. Your role involves scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshopsand stakeholder briefings, including managing participant lists, logisticspreparation and progress tracking. You will input survey responses andattendance data into systems, support report generation and serve as a point ofcontact for staff enquiries about change events and training. Additionally, youwill liaise with senior management, department heads and external stakeholderswhilst providing secretarial support to the Digital Health Readiness team.
