Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution (3-8 PQE)

We are working with a leading Singapore law firm to recruit a Senior Associate to join their Dispute Resolution practice. Renowned for its strategic litigation capabilities and client-centric approach, the firm advises multinational companies, high-growth start ups, and high-net-worth investors on a broad spectrum of contentious matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing litigation and arbitration matters from inception to resolution, including liaising directly with clients, counsel, and experts.
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, legal opinions, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
• Conduct legal research and support senior lawyers in developing case strategy.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings as part of a collaborative team.

What We're Looking For

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with 3 - 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong academic background and genuine interest in dispute resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Resilient team player with a proactive mindset and professional maturity.
• Prior experience in litigation or arbitration during training or internships is advantageous.
