Senior Associate

Dentons Rodyk is looking to recruit a Senior Associate with 4 to 5 years PQE to join its leading Investment Funds practice. The ideal candidate will be motivated, bilingual and have experience in handling both fund formation and regulatory matters. The role focuses on advising fund managers and sponsors on the establishment, structuring, offering and ongoing operations of investment funds across multiple asset classes as well as associated regulatory and licensing matters.
