We are looking for a self-motivated marketer with hands-on experience in creator and affiliate execution to join our Global Team. Sitting within our wider Affiliate Marketing team, your primary focus is scaling Secretlab's global creator program. Given the premium nature of our products, you will focus on high-value, strategic partnerships over mass seeding.
While your immediate priority is expanding our creator footprint, you will also support broader affiliate initiatives as the program optimizes, ensuring a cohesive performance-driven approach. You will also analyze campaign data and report performance directly to our leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end creator pipeline, from sourcing and outreach to onboarding, campaign execution, and scaling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global creators and talent managers to foster long-term collaborations.
- Negotiate partner contracts using a mix of flat fees and affiliate commissions to secure deliverables, optimal pricing, ad boosting, and usage rights.
- Vet talent rigorously by analyzing metrics, demographics, and content alignment to ensure high-value product placements yield strong ROI.
- Support the wider Global Affiliate team by tracking campaign performance and translating data into regular reports for leadership.
- Streamline and automate workflows by implementing tools and systems to optimize the creator pipeline as the program grows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm updates (TikTok, Meta, YouTube), and emerging creator/affiliate strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 2–4 years of experience in creator/KOL marketing, influencer relations, or performance affiliate marketing is preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset, focused on driving direct revenue, conversions, and ROI through partner channels.
- Excellent relationship builder who is highly comfortable initiating cold outreach and navigating business conversations with external partners, from independent creators to talent management agencies.
- Data-fluent with the ability to methodically track, analyze, and present performance data (e.g. clicks, conversions, ROI) in a clear and concise manner for leadership.
- Proactive, organized, and highly disciplined self-starter who naturally looks for ways to problem-solve, optimize workflows, and build scalable processes.
- Solid understanding of digital discovery and channels, including the paid social landscape (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), traditional SEO, and emerging AISEO trends, and how creator content drives visibility across them.
- Highly proficient in effective business writing and professional communication, crucial for crafting high-converting pitch emails and campaign briefs.
