About the Role

We are seeking a commercially minded and analytically strong individual to join our Corporate Development team as a Senior Associate. This role supports the Company's growth through high-impact strategic investments, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives across our global footprint with exposure to a diverse portfolio of financial services businesses.

In addition to transaction execution, the role will benefit from an operator's perspective, particularly in evaluating business models, partnerships, and execution feasibility in digital financial services and adjacent sectors.

What You Will Do

  • Support the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and new market entry
  • Analyze business models and commercial dynamics of target companies, including revenue drivers, unit economics, and scalability
  • Conduct market research across geographies to assess competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain financial models (e.g., three-statement projections, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), scenario analysis) to support decision-making
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Risk, and business units) to manage end-to-end transaction processes
  • Contribute to the structuring and review of transaction documentation and commercial terms
  • Support group companies and internal stakeholders on strategic and operational initiatives where relevant
  • Prepare briefing documents (e.g., investment memos, presentations) to enable critical decision making for senior management and the parent company
  • Monitor performance of investments and support ongoing strategic priorities

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • 3–6 years of foundational experience in corporate development, transaction advisory, consulting, or relevant industry roles
  • Experience in fintech, digital financial services, or tech-enabled businesses is a strong advantage
  • A passion for principal investing and market expansion in geographically diverse locations
  • Strong understanding of business models, financial analysis, and commercial drivers
  • Proficient in financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to execution details including analytical rigor balanced with practical business judgment
  • Skilled at working across functions and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to emerging markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, India, Latin America) is advantageous
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
