Senior Associate Consultant - Regional Talent Consulting (Life Science/ High-tech)

As a Senior Associate Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of the Life Sciences / High-tech industry practice. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to strategic account management for priority clients within your assigned industry, engage with clients across APAC to share industry insights, identify emerging industry and client issues, and support the Industry Leader in shaping strategic solutions that address both client needs and broader market requirements.

What the day will look like

  • Manage strategic accounts for Life Sciences / High-tech clients across APAC, including effective handling of client queries. Support business development, strengthen client relationships, and help to enhance Aon's Life Sciences / High-tech industry network and presence.
  • Deepen industry knowledge by leading research on client issues, industry developments and unmet opportunities. Provide inputs that would help to develop and evaluate new product ideas or enhancements to existing products, translate research discoveries into usable and marketable solutions.
  • Partner with the Industry Leader to grow the Life Science / High-tech Industry network, engaging existing clients and identifying new prospects. Organise and structure the content for industry meetings, including defining the agenda, identifying speakers, content preparation and data - driven insights on regional trends
  • Develop a strong understanding of Aon's solution and advisory business that can help grow the business opportunities for Life Science / High-tech Industry within the region
  • Proactively research regional industry trends & developments affecting HR & Workforce decisions. Work with internal collaborators across Aon's business and curate a quarterly client newsletter.
  • Effectively manage the calendar of activities as defined under Life Science / High-tech Industry engagement model working with both internal & external stakeholders. Taking ownership in running industry activities through the year ensuring quality deliverable outcomes.
  • Lead proposal development and presentation activities. Wherever required, support projects paying strict adherence to strong project management standards, quality project deliverable outcomes, and meeting client requirements in a timely manner
  • Lead analysis on trends and insights preparation for client meetings/events.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, majoring in, Business, Human Resources, Statistics, or other related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with exposure in the areas Rewards/ Compensation & Benefits in matrixed environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and influencing skills for effective client interaction and reporting
  • Excellent presentation and project management skills
  • Fast, accurate, highly numerate and self-motivated a proactive, detail-oriented team player with a creative, growth mindset. Able to think creatively.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs keen to partner with a wide range of clients and internal teams across sectors and geographies to deliver excellent client experiences.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, showing proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
