We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Service Senior Associate to join our BNY Investments team. This role is located in Singapore.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Be client-obsessed and serve as the primary point of contact for Intermediary and Institutional clients across APAC, proactively managing client queries professionally
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute client onboarding, account opening, offboarding, and change management, ensuring seamless process and transition
- Collect AML documentation and conduct suitability review for clients
- Monitor and deliver regular client reporting for Institutional clients, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of portfolio statements and performance updates.
- Oversee client account setup for Intermediary clients, enabling the efficient distribution of account statements, notices, invoices, trailer fees, and rebates, as applicable.
- Resolve client complaint timely, ensuring high level of client satisfaction and promptly escalating potential issues or risks to the management team.
- Participating in cross-functional business projects as a subject matter expert
- Co-ordinate contracting for new/existing clients and fund distribution arrangements, including supporting global business acceptance process.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in investment management client service
- Strong reading and writing skills in English; Chinese is a plus
- Fluency in spoken English required; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.
- Demonstrates diligence and attention to detail
- Possesses strong analytical skills
- Exhibits excellent communication and presentation abilities
