Job Description

Senior Associate, Client Services

The Senior Associate, Client Services will play a critical role in managing and deepening relationships with family office and ultra-high net worth clients for the Wealth team. This individual will work closely with Family Office Advisors and other cross-functional teams, taking ownership of complex client management tasks, leading on data management and research initiatives, and ensuring the effective use of internal systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee client management activities, ensuring a high standard of service and proactive relationship development for family office and UHNW clients.
  • Direct support to Family Office Advisors in both administrative and strategic aspects of client relationship management.
  • Handle complex client communications and instructions independently, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Drive the preparation and review of tailored client proposals, presentations, and investment recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Investment and Operations teams for seamless execution and reconciliation of client portfolio transactions.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality in all client and company matters.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market updates, and new technology solutions relevant to the family office/MFO space.
  • Flexible and willing to travel at short notice for work-related assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 3-6 years of experience in wealth management, family office, private banking, or similar financial services roles.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships with UHNW or family office clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentorship capability within a client-facing team.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong data management, research, and analytical skills able to extract, interpret, and present data-driven insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn, take on new challenges, and continuously upgrade personal and professional skills.
