Responsibilities
- Serve as a Custodian of the Ops Management Tool, providing crucial insights into operations demand and resource allocation
- Deliver data-driven insights for escalation and identification of opportunities for improvements
- Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to drive operational efficiency
- Maintain comprehensive parameter and access management for the MTK suite
- Ensure accurate and timely data instrumentation and reporting
- Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on the effective utilization of the Ops Management Tool
- Promptly address application fixes and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development, enhancement and upgrades of the Ops Management Tool
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
- Proficient in the use of data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimization
