Responsibilities
- Actively partner Institutional Banking Group (IBG) Relationship Managers (RMs) in identifying each corporate client's needs via account plan and providing suitable solutions in the areas of Risk Management via insurance products.
- Develop, conceptualize and provide insurance advisory services to bank customers.
- Drive sales performance of frontline sales to achieve overall sales targets assigned for insurance products
- Drive insurance sales in the respective segments in which you will be supporting.
- Deliver Value Propositions in the form of insurance products to meet customer needs.
- Part of Institutional Banking Group IBG bancassurance sales team reporting to IBG Bancassurance Sales Team Head.
- Work alongside with Sales Managers & Relationship Managers to provide insurance advisory to customers.
- You will be providing advice and bancassurance solutions to customers business and insurance planning needs.
- You will ensure compliance with all processes, regulations and controls as set by the bank and regulatory authorities.
- Execute both LIFE and GI sales strategy and ensure structured selling process and customer experience.
Requirements
- Degree with at least 5 years of experience in corporate banking sales / banca sales
- Relevant product knowledge in corporate LIFE and/or GI Bancassurance would be an added advantage.
- Passionate about bancassurance and providing relevant corporate insurance advisory addressing customers needs.
- Motivated, eager to ideate and with strong drive to achieve results.
- Ability to build good rapport both internally and externally and collaborate with partners across all levels of management.
- Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work.
