Purpose
- Develop and manage client relationships across Asia and strengthening the Markets client franchise in our key AUS/NZ markets across rates and credit
- Be able to clearly articulate NAB's strategy to our designated client set and establish NAB as the leader in AUD and NZD fixed income solutions
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist the existing Market Sales team in the rates and credit coverage for Asian clients. Key product coverage would be AUD/NZD fixed income (Rates & Credit), Securitisation (RMBS/ABS) , Repo, and private placement and capitalise on the investors needs for Derivatives as part of their portfolio requirements
- Achieve revenue targets for Markets SG, and Asia.
- Promote distribution of AUD & NZD products into the Asian client s that align with Bank Strategy.
- Drive a strong risk management approach, with an emphasis on a strong compliance culture and managing non-compliance in a timely manner.
- To be proactive in reaching out to various products partners and global Markets teams as well as providing relevant feedback with key stakeholders ie, Trading, Structuring, Trading.
- Maintain a strong relationship with relevant support teams ie MA, risk, compliance, operation.
