Kertar & Sandhu LLC seeks to recruit a Senior Associate/ Associate Director to join its litigation team. The litigation team handles a variety of work ranging from family to civil & commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day conduct of litigation matters, including drafting and reviewing court documents
- Nurturing relationships with clients and providing sound legal advice to clients
- Representing clients effectively in negotiations, mediations, court hearings and trials
- Working closely with team members to develop strategies and drive outcomes
- Keeping abreast of relevant legislation, case law, and legal trends
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience in litigation
- A Law degree from a local university or a recognized foreign institution under the Legal Profession Act
- Admitted to practice law in Singapore
