Senior Associate / Assistant Manager (RMO), IME

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage publication submissions to ensure compliance with A.STAR and IME policies.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate publication records and databases.
• Support researchers on publicationrelated processes, requirements, and queries.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding publication and Open Access Repository submissions.
• Maintain prestigious semiconductor conferences and journals list.
• Prepare regular and adhoc publication reports for management, KPI tracking, and grant reporting.
• Conduct internal publication audits and implement corrective and preventive actions where required.
• Organise publication training sessions and master classes for staff.
• Liaise with IT vendors and internal stakeholders for system enhancements, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement of publication processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline
• Preference for candidates with 2 years of working experience in a research organization
• Familiarity with publication workflows, compliance requirements, and research reporting is advantageous
• Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging AI for workflow optimization
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with researchers and stakeholders.
