Senior Associate/Assistant Manager, Product Management

About the Team:

Shared Game Services (SGS) provides core platform services to all games published by Garena. Services include but not limited to authentication, payment, and mobile SDK.

We are a dedicated and passionate team of product managers and engineers committed to building a platform that is scalable and robust for high volume, while ensuring reliable and localized user experience for our users. We're looking for a product manager to join us, to explore, execute, iterate, and deliver services for users around the world.

Job Description:

• Build and improve shared game services such as payment and authentication by collaborating with internal and external teams.

• Understand and take ownership of assigned products, continuously iterating and optimizing them to meet evolving business needs.

• Work with business stakeholders and local teams to improve product quality and operations.

• Effectively communicate product plans, context, and outcomes to maintain strategic alignment.

• Manage the full product development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years full-time product management experience in the Internet industry, preferably with consumer-facing websites or apps.

• Experience with agile development processes.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to implement designs effectively.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills.

• Team-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn.

• Adaptable and open-minded, thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
