As part of the Human Capital Management Directorate, under The People & Organisation Group, you will serve as a strategic Talent Attraction partner, working closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to attract and hire talent that drives AGD's mission forward. This role offers broad exposure across the full talent attraction spectrum, encompassing end-to-end recruitment, scholarship and internship management, talent outreach and engagement, and employer branding, making it an excellent opportunity for HR professionals looking to deepen their expertise in a dynamic public sector environment.
What You Will Be Working On
Responsibilities:
As a Talent Attraction specialist, you will play an integral role in shaping how AGD identifies, attracts and engages talent at every stage of the pipeline. You will be involved in the following:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across AGD, from sourcing and screening to facilitating interviews and offer management
- Administer AGD's scholarship and internship programmes, overseeing selection processes, scholar and intern engagement, and partnership development with institutes of higher learning
- Build strong relationships with line Directorates to understand their business and talent needs
- Plan and execute talent outreach activities including career fairs, campus engagements and industry networking events to build a strong pipeline of candidates across student, mid-career and other talent segments
- Identify workforce and manpower trends to inform talent attraction strategies
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position AGD as an employer of choice, developing compelling content and narratives that communicate AGD's employee value proposition across relevant platforms and channels
- Support HR digital transformation efforts to streamline, improve and automate recruitment processes
What We Are Looking For
Requirements:
- Functional/Technical Competencies:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- At least 3 years relevant experience in recruitment, talent attraction, or related HR functions in the public sector and familiarity with Civil Service policies and guidelines will be an advantage
