Senior Associate, Accounting

Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over three million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Finance Associate to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you will take ownership of essential financial operations, with a core focus on partner royalty tabulations, multi-channel payment gateway reconciliations, and regional market invoicing.

You will manage high-volume, highly sensitive financial data, ensuring rigorous reporting accuracy, regulatory compliance, and seamless cross-border financial workflows. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining system hygiene within NetSuite and contributing to ongoing process enhancements to support scaled financial operations.

Responsibilities

Royalties & Partner Financials

• Calculate and record monthly royalty accruals with high precision.
• Provide finance support and clarity on royalty structures during new partner onboarding.
• Generate dedicated, ad-hoc royalty and financial reports for partners.
• Prepare and verify approved royalty schedules for payment execution.

Gateway Reconciliations

• Reconcile daily payment gateway settlements across multiple payment channels.
• Conduct bi-weekly payment gateway audits and checks.
• Lead ad-hoc correspondence with gateway providers to troubleshoot and resolve transactional or settlement issues.

Systems & Process Optimization

• Execute Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer deposit cleanups within NetSuite.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system integration, data sync, and transactional issues between NetSuite and Shopify.
• Analyse existing accounting processes and identify opportunities to enhance and scale daily financial workflows.

Tax Compliance & Affiliate Operations

• Gather and consolidate monthly royalty and Minimum Guarantee (MG) documentation to support Withholding Tax submissions.
• Review, verify, and coordinate commission payments payable across affiliate channels.

Regional Market Support

• Support invoicing and operational accounting tasks across assigned regional markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with 5–7 years of hands-on accounting and financial operations experience.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory given the need to analyse and reconcile large volumes of complex data.
• Direct experience with NetSuite and Shopify is strongly preferred.
• Highly meticulous, structured, and dependable with a strict commitment to data confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across internal departments and external partners.
• A proactive, process-improvement mindset with a track record or keen interest in optimizing financial workflows.
