About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate/Manager to join our Account Management team covering enterprise clients in the capital markets sector. This role will be based in Singapore. As part of this dynamic role, you will engage and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to create more business opportunities.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to manage and service all client accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen client relationships by proactively engaging a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability within your portfolio.
  • Adopt a consultative approach throughout the account management process to better understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within existing clients and assess their suitability for M-DAQ's suite of FX and payment solutions.
  • Craft compelling business proposals that clearly articulate M-DAQ's capabilities, value propositions, and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Treasury and Compliance to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Provide actionable feedback to internal stakeholders to enhance service quality and support product development

Desired Skill Set and Attributes

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance / Marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Account Management or Sales, preferably with exposure to clients in the capital markets sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of FX and Payments will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to navigate complex commercial discussions effectively.
  • Proven track record of securing and growing business opportunities.
  • Highly detail-oriented, resourceful and self-motivated, with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Professional written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
