The Senior Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to managing complex high net worth and ultra-high net worth portfolios. This position combines client-facing responsibilities with mentorship for junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries, service requests, and routine transactions independently Cultivate strong relationships with clients and attend meetings or calls with the RM as needed. Prepare and deliver portfolio reviews, asset allocation summaries, and performance reports with minimal oversight. Anticipate client needs and proactively communicate opportunities or concerns to the RM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) certification is mandatory. A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a proven record in client servicing or in an ARM role.
