  • This position is forSMU Academy (SMUA).
  • Programme Systems & Student Lifecycle Management:
    • Support and enhance endtoend student administration systems, covering:
      • Module enrolment and registration.
      • Tracking of academic milestones and stackable credentials.
      • Graduation eligibility and filing.
      • Certification production and quality assurance.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness across all student records.
    • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in current processes and propose practical system and workflow improvements.
  • Enrolment, Registration & RO Coordination:
    • Manage and coordinate student enrolment and course registration processes.
    • Work closely with the Registrar's Office (RO) on academic records, graduation checks, and certification matters.
    • Ensure all submissions, filings, and reports are timely, compliant, and accurate.
  • Programme Operations & Administration:
    • Support daytoday operational execution of stackable programmes to ensure smooth delivery.
    • Maintain programme documentation, academic policies, and studentfacing content on relevant platforms.
    • Support assessments, examinations, and classroom logistics as required.
    • Provide onsite operational support during programme delivery, including weekday evenings and Saturdays, when needed.
  • Student & Stakeholder Support:
    • Serve as a point of contact for students on administrative and programmerelated queries.
    • Support student onboarding, orientations, and key programme touchpoints.
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent and positive student experience.
  • Continuous Improvement & Special Projects:
    • Support data tracking and basic analysis to inform operational planning and improvements.
    • Participate in adhoc projects related to scaling stackable programmes and strengthening systems and controls.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in programme administration, academic operations, or education/training environments.
  • Prior experience working with student administration systems, enrolment processes, or academic records is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, especially in certification and academic records.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex administrative processes across the student lifecycle.
  • Experience working with or supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) or student systems.
  • Good organisational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
  • Proactive, solutionsoriented mindset with the ability to improve systems and workflows.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and learners.
  • Basic data handling or analytics skills are an advantage.
