Senior Assistant Manager, Human Resource, Tengah General and Community Hospital (Administration and Ancillary)
In this role, you are a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to our Administration and Ancillary teams in Tengah General and Community Hospital (TGCH). You will partner closely with the Administration and Ancillary Leads and stakeholders in aligning our strategic HR programmes and initiatives with the hospital's as well as departments objectives to drive organisational excellence and build a future ready and agile workforce. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HRBP functions spanning manpower planning talent acquisition performance management retention and rewards talent management and succession planning learning and development and employee engagement and relations. In addition, you will be involved in TGCH nesting plans and HR projects such as policy and process reviews when required.
