Senior/Assistant Manager (Talent Development) (4-months contract)

We are seeking a Senior/ Assistant Manager (Talent Development) to oversee the planning and execution of fellowship and scholarship schemes for Healthcare Professionals across SingHealth's network of healthcare institutions. Your role will include planning for fund acquisition, facilitating a robust selection and claims process as well as organising the annual awards ceremony for the scholarship recipients.

Job Requirements:

• Recognised degree in any discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Applicants with less than 4 years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior Executive/Assistant Manager position.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Good team player, independent and resourceful
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
