Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team to drive service transformation initiatives and enhance operational efficiency in healthcare settings. Utilize your analytical skills to influence decision-making and performance improvement through data insights.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement service transformation projects across clinics and care environments. Collaborate with clinics, internal stakeholders, and community partners to facilitate program rollout and engagement. Develop and operationalize workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service models to ensure effective implementation. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor clinic performance and key performance indicators. Perform data extraction, validation, and analysis to guarantee the accuracy of reporting outputs. Translate business needs into clear data definitions, metrics, and reporting solutions. Analyze data and generate insights to guide operational decision-making and enhance performance. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentation materials for management, highlighting key initiatives and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • A recognized degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, operations, service transformation, or data analytics roles. Proven experience in performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and dashboard development (e.g., Tableau). Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to convert data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Organized and resourceful, capable of managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
