Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and coordinate daily operations to ensure seamless patient flow and effective resource use. Collaborate with medical and allied health professionals to enhance clinical practices and drive quality improvement in trauma services. Engage with various stakeholders to promote trauma care initiatives, community outreach, and injury prevention programs. Oversee training and development for staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Manage compliance with regulatory standards and support accreditation efforts. Play a crucial role in emergency preparedness and response strategies. Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational priorities, translating these into actionable operational goals and measurable outcomes. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to enhance integrated trauma care workflows and optimize the patient experience. Create and implement analytics frameworks to track trauma outcomes and overall system performance, driving data-informed decision-making. Lead community outreach and educational efforts focused on injury prevention and trauma awareness. Support financial planning and resource optimization for various initiatives within the Centre.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a positive attitude under pressure. Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving environments with a passion for healthcare innovation and population health impact. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Power Automate and Power Query.
