Overview
As Project Manager, support Institution Lead in Kent Ridge Campus facilities development through project planning, implementation, and system establishment.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct feasibility studies and lead design development for hospital renovation projects
- Manage procurement of consultancy and construction services
- Oversee project delivery: budget/schedule preparation, contractor management, quality control, and related activities
- Develop project governance policies and processes
- Execute special assignments and strategic initiatives as directed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and any discipline with minimum 4 years relevant experience
- Project Manager with 2-4+ years experience in construction, healthcare, commercial, or technology facilities. Public sector experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and health standards for infrastructure development.
- Ability to understand and administer PSSCOC and PSSCOC-Lite contracts.
- Healthcare/clinical operations background is an advantage
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
