Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and maintain horticultural works across assigned sites.
- Develop and execute horticultural maintenance programmes.
- Conduct plant health assessments and diagnose pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Recommend and implement suitable treatment plans to enhance plant health.
- Manage and oversee landscape maintenance teams and contractors in daily operations.
- Select appropriate plant species based on soil conditions, climate, and design needs.
- Prepare horticultural reports, maintenance schedules, and inventory documentation.
- Liaise with landscape contractors, consultants, and authorities on horticultural matters.
- Ensure compliance with NParks regulations and relevant local codes.
- Monitor irrigation systems and soil conditions to support optimal plant growth.
- Ensure landscape contractors adopt proper horticultural best practices.
- Support landscaping improvement initiatives and sustainability projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree, preferably in contract management in Healthcare / Hotel Setting / Horticulture, Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH), or related field
- Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH) qualification is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Good team player with strong initiative and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical abilities with proven leadership and project management experience.
