Job Description

Brief Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive in Clinical Operations, where you will influence patient journeys and improve healthcare services. This role offers a chance to thrive in a fast-paced environment while tackling challenging healthcare needs.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate user engagement workshops to gather insights for hospital design planning, enhancing patient experiences and optimizing service delivery. Collaborate with medical planners and stakeholders to establish service flow designs that align with strategic project goals. Coordinate meetings and manage workshop activities to clarify project requirements and devise effective methodologies for assigned initiatives. Prepare comprehensive business cases to propose infrastructure improvements and secure funding approvals. Track and report updates on various work streams to management, raising any concerns promptly. Compile periodic reports for stakeholders regarding project progress and developments. Oversee the organization of activities related to hospital development and ensure alignment with operational models and budget guidelines. Maintain an organized filing system, both manually and electronically, to facilitate project documentation. Process procurement and payment requests as necessary, ensuring compliance with operational needs. Undertake additional tasks and projects as delegated by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations candidates with more relevant experience may qualify for the Assistant Manager role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for building effective relationships at various levels. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire the team and achieve operational objectives. Self-motivated, resourceful, and analytical, with solid problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in high-pressure situations. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
