Job Description

Job Scope

  • Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to perform cost calculation and pricing determination on clinical services.
  • Perform National Costing Exercise in accordance with the National Costing Guidelines.
  • Perform annual cost refresh updates on clinical services.
  • Formulate fee revision proposal to help ensure hospital financial sustainability, while taking into consideration impact on patient bill.
  • Support the execution and smooth delivery of fee revision exercises.
  • Implement new MOH policies by analysing Hospital's requirements, which include determining feasibility of execution, cost and financial impact.
  • Support the annual budgeting cycle, including financial review and analysis.
  • Support management reporting and reporting to MOH.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements


  • Degree in quantitative fields such as Accounting/ Finance.
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in healthcare industry and public healthcare costing framework is preferred.
  • Pro-active, resourceful, able to take challenges, work independently or as a team.
  • Able to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
  • 2 Years Contract position
