As a Senior Assistant Manager (Finance), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensure compliance and timely completion of financial activities, including monthly and year-end closings.

• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.

• Manage fixed assets, project claims, and capex tracking for both funded and self-funded projects.

• Oversee internal and external audits.

• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for cost control.

• Provide financial insights and support to clinical and operational teams, reviewing expenses and strategic plans.

• Analyze healthcare financials and cost drivers to guide pricing and cost decisions.

• Engage with external stakeholders such as Finance Shared Service and Group Finance.

• Review and approve vendor invoices and payments, and purchase requisitions.

• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

• Develop processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and simplicity.

• Support systems implementation projects and manage related changes.

• Contribute to projects enhancing finance processes and controls.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and controls.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Accounting.

• Chartered Accountant qualification is a plus.

• Experience in commercial finance is preferred.

• Proficiency in SAP (FI-CO, Hana), MS Office (Advanced Excel), and data visualization tools is an advantage.
