Overview
Support the Restaurant Manager in leading operations, with added responsibility for supervising assistant managers and ensuring high standards in service, staff performance, and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and enforce hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
- Lead assistant managers and team supervisors mentor and train staff.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, supplier coordination, and cost control.
- Assist in budgeting, reporting, and driving sales performance.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and service delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- 4-5 years supervisory/management experience in F&B.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of operations, financial reporting, and staff management.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
