As a Senior Assistant Manager, Communications (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Conceptualise, develop, and implement integrated communication campaigns to promote the hospital's programmes, initiatives, innovations, and people across multiple platforms, including social media channels.
- Develop and execute employee engagement and internal communication strategies to strengthen organisational culture and enhance staff engagement.
- Provide strategic communications counsel, including branding, messaging, editorial oversight, and communications support to internal stakeholders.
- Develop crisis communication frameworks and plans, and participate in emergency preparedness and crisis management exercises to ensure effective communication readiness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in mass communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related field
- Minimum three years relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record in managing communications campaigns
