As an Senior Assistant Manager (Clinical Services Planning & Integration), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Coordinate and facilitate engagement initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen care integration across hospitals, primary care, and community services.
• Provide comprehensive secretariat and administrative support, including stakeholder coordination, project management, preparation of meeting minutes, reports, and presentations, as well as tracking follow-up actions.
• Support the formulation of short- and long-term clinical and population health strategies by mapping existing services, identifying care gaps, and analysing relevant data to inform service planning, prioritisation, and KPI development.
• Assist in project and grant management for assigned population health programmes to ensure effective execution.
• Collaborate closely with programme teams, Legal, and Finance to facilitate work plan development, budget preparation, contract execution, and timely claims submission.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to consolidate information and prepare regular management and committee reports.
• Support audit and review processes, contribute to programme evaluations, and assist in developing strategies to ensure long-term sustainability and impact.

Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant field.

• Min 3 year of working experience, prior to healthcare industry.
