What you'll be doing
Coordinate and support clinical quality, patient safety, and quality improvement training programmes and workshops
Manage the planning and execution of QI workshops, including scheduling, logistics, communications, participant registration, and stakeholder coordination
Support Quality Assurance and Clinical Services committees, including preparation of reports, presentations, documentation, and meeting minutes
Manage incidents and serious reportable events, including conducting root cause analysis (RCA), tracking follow-up actions, and supporting quality assurance processes
Collect, analyse, interpret, and present quality and safety data to support operational and clinical improvement initiatives
Prepare dashboards, reports, metrics, and presentations to monitor programme outcomes and drive data-informed improvements
Coordinate project proposal submissions, review processes, faculty engagement, and project review sessions
Monitor compliance with programme timelines, project deliverables, and reporting requirements
Collaborate closely with clinicians, administrators, faculty members, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to support quality and patient safety initiatives
Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, guidelines, templates, checklists, and programme documentation
Identify opportunities for workflow enhancement, process optimisation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain and update website content and communication materials related to quality and training programmes
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration/ Public Health/ Nursing/ Life Sciences/ Medicine or related discipline
3 - 6 years of working experience in healthcare quality improvement/ patient safety/ clinical governance/ healthcare operations/ programme management or related healthcare settings
Experience with healthcare systems, digital tools, AI, or automation initiatives will be an advantage
Strong understanding and practical exposure to Quality Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA, RCA, Clinical Audit, or other continuous improvement frameworks is essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Familiarity with patient safety principles, incident management, and healthcare quality assurance processes preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation
Excellent communication, organisational, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
Positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
