  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organisational priorities, clinical outcomes, and digital health strategy.
  • Define product vision, value propositions, success metrics, and KPIs for healthcare digital and AI-enabled products.

Business Evaluation & Workflow Formation

  • Establish and continuously improve standardised workflows for business evaluation, including problem definition, benefits realisation, cost estimation, risk assessment, and prioritisation.
  • Partner with clinical, operations, IT, data, and finance stakeholders to evaluate product initiatives based on clinical impact, business value, feasibility, and compliance.
  • Support portfolio-level decision making by providing clear recommendations backed by data, user insights, and business analysis.

  • Work closely with engineering, UI/UX, data, and AI teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product outcomes.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies to provide product direction, clarify priorities, and remove blockers.

User & Outcome Focus

  • Drive patient-centred and clinician-centred design, ensuring products improve workflows, safety, and user experience.
  • Collect and analyse user feedback and performance data to inform continuous improvement and roadmap refinement.
  • Track post-implementation outcomes to ensure expected benefits are realised.

Other

  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and data governance considerations (e.g. HIPAA, GDPR, local healthcare policies).
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams without being hands-on in development.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior clinical, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, outcome-driven mindset.
