The University Advancement Office (UAO) supports NTU's giving mission by fostering meaningful relationships and strategic partnerships with philanthropists, alumni, business community partners, corporations that result in goodwill and philanthropy towards education and research that underpin a shared sustainable future.
Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, the Senior Assistant Manager, Annual Giving plays a pivotal role by cultivating a broad-based, sustainable culture of giving across the University community. The role is directly accountable for designing, developing, and executing creative annual giving campaigns targeting students, parents, as new and recurring donors. Beyond the transactional, this role strengthens the pipeline of long-term philanthropic relationships, converting graduating students and engaged stakeholders into lifelong supporters of NTU, thereby sustaining the University's endowment and programme development goals.
Main Responsibilities:
Engage key stakeholders-including faculty, staff, students, parents and alumni-to foster a culture of giving and support Annual Giving programmes.
Conceptualise, develop and execute dynamic and relevant graduation giving campaigns and programmes to drive sustained giving and achieve fundraising targets.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to co-promote projects, campaigns and marketing collateral.
Ensure integrated and consistent marketing efforts that maximise campaign effectiveness and support the overall objectives of the team.
Requirements:
A university degree in any discipline. Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in marketing communications, event management and/or fundraising.
Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage, motivate and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programmes and deliverables concurrently.
Creative and resourceful, with the ability to develop engaging campaigns and initiatives that encourage participation and giving.
A strong team player who is able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions.
