Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Human Resource Services (HRS) strategies, structures and initiatives, and evaluate their effectiveness for quality outcomes.
  • Provide effective advice and support to address queries or issues related to salary reviews, performance-related pay and incentive schemes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies in compensation & benefits and HR services matters.
  • Develop and implement seamless and efficient process for performance management & appraisal and compensation exercises.
  • Review, interpret and apply policies related to employment legislation and statutory benefits.
  • Ensure HR process, documentation and p-files compliance with government and labour laws, and internal policies and audits.
  • Review, manage and enhance HR Reports that add value and help in strategic manpower decision-making.
  • Manage HR services including:

- Perform full spectrum of services and processes on employee life cycle administration and operations.

- Group insurance and Work Injury compensation insurance (administer annual renewals, address queries on coverage and claims, etc.)

- Administer onboarding and offboarding activities, maintain staff records.

- Update staff life cycle changes, including leave and personal data.

- Process staff medical bills and claims, ensure timely payment to service providers.

- Coordinate payroll submissions, WICA matters and insurance claims.

Job Requirements

  • 12 years of relevant experience in C&B and HR Services functions.
  • Familiar with MOM work pass applications and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ability to adapt to systems.
  • Work experience in SuccessFactors would be an added advantage.
  • Analytical, meticulous, and well-organized.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment, not compromising data accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused leadership.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale change or transformation projects.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and executive presence
