Senior Assistant Director (Allied Health Division)

Job Description

You will support the Chief Allied Health Professional by playing an active role in strategizing, developing and driving initiatives and programmes to build an agile, motivated and engaged Allied Health workforce in SGH to deliver quality integrated care to meet the nations current and future healthcare needs. You are expected to drive transformation efforts in Allied Health service development, innovation, research, education, workforce planning and development, digital health and data, and person-centred care. You shall collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance the delivery of Allied Health services within and beyond the Hospital, while ensuring adequate workforce capacity and capability, and a conducive culture for professional development, advancement and growth. This includes driving cross-sharing of best practices, engaging staff and establishing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

A degree and preferably a postgraduate degree in relevant field

A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience, with 8 years experience in managerial role

Demonstrated experience in leading improvement / innovation projects and managing change with a sound understanding of quality improvement principles and methodologies

Strong computer literacy skills

Good stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
