Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth operation of services within the Healthcare Support Department
- Coordinate service activities, including locum partners and appointments for clients
- Volunteer recruitment and management
- Organize and conduct volunteer training sessions
- Handle administrative and logistical tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service quality and volunteer engagement
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in service coordination, volunteer management, or administrative support (experience in healthcare or social service sector is an advantage)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage volunteers and partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with data management
- A proactive, adaptable team player who can also work independently
