Job Description

Design, develop, test, and maintain applications on AS400 / IBM i platform.
Develop and enhance programs using COBOL/400, CL, and DB2.
Support Core Banking, Payments, Wealth Management, Insurance, and Mortgage applications.
Own end-to-end delivery including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and technical design documentation.
Manage production issues, root cause analysis, and resolution.
Work in multi-country, multi-team environments supporting global banking platforms.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
Participate in system optimization, performance tuning, and platform modernization initiatives.
Support release management and change management processes.
