Senior Art Teacher & General Manager (Full-Time)
We're looking for an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as our Senior Art Teacher & General Manager. This is a senior-level role overseeing multiple art studio branches, combining strong teaching expertise with proven management skills.
What You'll Do
Lead & Manage: Oversee daily operations across multiple branches, ensuring smooth running of classes, staff management, and studio standards.
Inspire Through Teaching: Teach and mentor both children and adults, imparting strong technical knowledge while nurturing creativity and confidence.
Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging lesson plans, workshops, and creative programs aligned with our philosophy.
Team Leadership: Guide, train, and support a team of art teachers and assistants to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Parent & Student Engagement: Build meaningful connections with parents, students, and the wider community through clear communication and a positive presence.
Studio Growth: Contribute to the expansion and creative direction of our studios, bringing fresh ideas and professional expertise.
Who We're Looking For
Experienced: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in art education and/or studio management. Prior leadership experience is essential.
Skilled Teacher: Strong foundation in fine arts (drawing, painting, mixed media, etc.) with the ability to teach both children and adults.
Creative & Organised: Able to balance creativity with operational excellence and structured management.
Cheerful & Professional: Positive, approachable, and energetic personality who leads by example.
Weekend Commitment: Must be available to work weekends - working weekends is non-negotiable.
Dedicated: Comfortable with a 6-day work week.
Requirements
Degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, Design, or related fields.
Excellent command of English.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage staff, operations, and curriculum.
Passionate about art education and building a creative community.
