Senior Architectural Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architectural Designer rolebased in Singapore. The Senior Architectural Designer will lead the designdevelopment of architectural projects from concept through detailed design,ensuring alignment with SPARK's design philosophy and project requirements.Responsibilities include producing and reviewing drawings and documentation,coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, and integratingsustainable and context-driven solutions into the design. The role involvesmentoring junior designers, participating in design reviews, and contributingto presentations and client meetings. The Senior Architectural Designer willalso support urban and master planning studies, interface with projectmanagement on schedules and deliverables, and help maintain design qualityacross all phases of work.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience leading complex projects.
• Proficiency in Design drawing production and technical documentation, including coordination with engineering disciplines.
• Advanced Drawing skills, including digital modeling and visualisation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and relevant AI applications).
• Experience with Urban Planning, master planning, and context-sensitive design strategies.
• Professional degree in Architecture or related field
• Demonstrated experience in international or large-scale mixed-use, commercial, or public projects.
• Strong design portfolio, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and buildability.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to lead teams and work with clients and consultants.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and relevant building codes and regulations.
