Senior Architectural Coordinator

Job Description:

• Attend techinical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site
• Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Architect or equivalent
• 5 years relevant working experience in large scale building project such as hospital and mixed development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
