JOB SCOPE
Responsible for executing the company projects in architectural works in building construction which covers:
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
- Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Supervise to achieve quality of works and to comply with safety & environmental regulations
- Supervise project activities to comply with the Company's ISO system
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works in building construction
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
