Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a design professional, where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various exciting projects through innovative design and effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create designs using 3D modeling software. Collaborate with project teams and document discussions with clients, users, project managers, and authorities. Assist architects with feasibility studies, site assessments, and design preparation. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and consulting parties. Ensure compliance with codes and prepare necessary drawings for authority consultations. Participate in design development and project coordination with clients and other consultants. Support the team in preparing documents for tenders and quotations. Attend and document all meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients. Assist with timely responses to contractor submissions and clarifications. Document site progress and prepare and issue revised drawings for clients, consultants, and contractors. Accompany site teams and senior architects during site inspections and document observations. Assist architects in verifying works, addressing defects, and facilitating handover processes. Collaborate with the consultant team to ensure building plans meet all applicable standards. Learn and utilize necessary software to perform the above tasks effectively.

Requirements

Possess a qualification in Architecture. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
