Brief Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and model designs using 3D software.
- Coordinate with project teams and document all discussions and relevant project information.
- Prepare documentation based on discussions with clients, users, project managers, and authorities.
- Assist architects with feasibility studies and site assessments.
- Create and present materials to clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and prepare drawings for consultations and submissions to authorities.
- Participate in design development and project coordination with clients, authorities, and other consultants.
- Support the team in preparing documents for tender and quotation calls.
- Attend meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients, documenting all discussions.
- Manage responses and approvals for contractor submissions and clarifications in a timely manner.
- Document site progress and prepare revised drawings for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Accompany senior architects during site inspections and document feedback and comments.
- Assist in the verification of works, including as-built conditions, defect rectification, and final handover to clients.
- Collaborate with the consultancy team to ensure all building plans meet required standards.
- Proactively learn and utilize necessary software tools relevant to the role.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Architecture.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using 3D design software and related tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
