We are looking for a highly motivated Architectural Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare schematic design drawings, building plans, tender and all other necessary architectural drawings and documents
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Authorities on project execution and delivery
- Check/Prepare submission drawings, forms and letters for E-Corenet submission to Authorities
- Work closely with Project Architects throughout design development and implementation stages to project completion
- Engage in project meetings and proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues
- Update, make amendments to drawings and perform site check if needed
- Assist the QPs and to carry out duties and any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by the office
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Proficient in AutoCad & BIM Revit
- Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, Powerpoint, etc.
- Pro-active and able to work as a team and independently
- Ability to multi-task, self-motivate with good time management skills
- Willing to learn and responsible with a positive work attitude
Other Details
- Accessible location: 3 mins walk from Rochor MRT or 5 mins walk from Jalan Besar MRT
- 5 days work week, 8.30am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays
