Senior Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and project management of large-scale projects, preferably local high rise residential projects
• Competent in construction details, and able to do design development
• Able to liaise, coordinate and lead consultants and contractors
• Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Ensures design quality and authority compliance
• Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications

Job Requirements:

• Recognized Degree in Architecture preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
• BOA registered Architect with minimum 8 years of experience
• Registrable Architect with 5 years of experience may apply
• Have experience working in BIM projects
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
• Possess good knowledge in local building codes and regulations
• Familiarity with Public Projects Contracts (PSSCOC)
• Good leadership and communication skills
