Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Developer / Architect with deep expertise in Ivanti ITSM to lead design, development, and integration of IT service management solutions. This role requires strong hands-on capability, architecture ownership, and proven experience delivering Ivanti-ServiceNow integrated environments.

Desired Experience

. 8-10+ years of overall experience

. Strong hands-on experience with Ivanti ITSM platform

. Proven experience in ITSM solution design and implementation

. Experience working on enterprise-scale ITSM transformation programs

. Strong experience in the Telecom Industry

. Configuration, customisation, and workflow design

. Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request management

. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks

. Integration technologies: REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware

. Proven experience integrating Ivanti ITSM with ServiceNow
