To lead, manage and coordination of projects complying with authorities requirements and standards.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team.
Essential duties include the following:
- project management, coordinate and assist in the day to day running of projects assigned
- liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors
- ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- keep updated on contractual and authorities requirements
- confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team
- coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes
- proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues
- nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural from recognized tertiary institution recognized by Board of Architects, Singapore
- Minimum 5 years post graduate experience
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Familiar with BIM and Authorities submission process and guidelines
- Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup
