Senior Architect

Our firm is seeking an experienced Senior Architect. This role requires demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects in Singapore from inception through construction and handover.

Core Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Lead and direct multi-disciplinary teams through all stages of architectural service

Ensuring adherence to project scopes, schedules, and budgets.

Statutory Compliance:

Served as the appointed QP Assistant,

Taking responsibility for the preparation, coordination, and submission of all necessary documents to local authorities.

Design Implementation:

Ensure the technical execution and documentation align with the firm's design intent and quality standards.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Act as the primary technical interface with clients, consultants, and contractors to manage site administration and resolve issues effectively during the construction phase.

Team Mentorship:

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

Essential Requirements:

BOA Registration:
Must be a Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA), Singapore.

Experience:
Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant post-registration architectural experience, with a proven history of successfully completing local projects.

Technical Expertise:
Strong working knowledge of Singapore building codes, systems, and detailing practices.

Software Proficiency:
Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop

Attributes:
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and technical communication skills are required.

Salary and benefits:

Salary Range:
S$5500 to S$9000 monthly (determined by experience and qualifications)
